Thanks for choosing Cowtown Barbeque Catering. Our professional Ranch Hands will arrive about an hour before serving time all scrubbed-up and wearin' their Sunday best jeans and Cowtown T-shirts. Whoa there, big fella, and stand back as they work quickly to unload, set-up the serving area, fire up the barbeques, and begin cookin' up a storm.

We generally bring our own tables for the buffets, however we will gladly use your fancy tables if you want. We use authentic Dungaree to cover the tables to catch any renegade finger-lickin' salsa. Colorado wild flower centerpieces, red bandanna paper plates and napkins, Western enamelware serving pieces and utensils, are all part of the package.

Our Ranch Hands will keep the buffets open for one full hour. They'll grill, carve, and serve the tasty beef tri-tips and keep all other items replenished and abundant. Shucks, our insurance carriers will not permit us to serve any perishable foods not prepared by Cowtown Barbeque Catering at your event. After one hour of service, our Ranch Hands will clean up the barbeque and all serving areas before they Head for the Hills. Surplus food will be left at your location provided you have proper refrigeration, or we will return it to our kitchen facility and it will be donated to a worthwhile charity.

As soon as you book your event, please send $200.00 to secure your date. We require a 50% deposit at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. The balance is due 15 days after the event. The price includes staff, food, equipment, and presentation. The only additions could be: sales tax, special entry or parking fees at the site, a predetermined charge for difficult access or loading (such as stairs, long distances, or steep inclines) or a possible equipment fee for delivery and pick-up on off hours. We refund all but $200.00 of your deposit if cancellation is made at least 10 days before the event date. Of course, there's gonna be a showdown!

You will need to tell us 72 hours before your Hoedown what your expected final number of guests will be. We cannot decrease the count after that date. However, we will be happy to accommodate more guests. There will be a 10% surcharge to the total bill. So relax Buckeroo, you're in Cowtown Country, where seldom is heard a discouraging word. Just rope in the whole gang and watch ‘em Come 'n Get It!
